About competition law issues, in which sector-specific expertise highly matters Doğan has been actively advising clients in various industries including energy, technology, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, FMCG, construction, and automotive within the scope of investigations (including cartel and abuse of dominance position), negative clearance/exemption and merger applications before the Turkish Competition Board.

Doğan, a trademark and patent representative registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, also provides full-fledged legal support on IP matters.
